Wanda Molnar, President of The Ottawa Hospital Riverside Auxiliary (far left), accepts a plaque from Susan Doyle, President and CEO of The Ottawa Hospital Foundation (far right), at an event honouring the Auxiliary for its generous gift to the Endoscopy Unit at the Hospital’s Riverside Campus. The Auxiliary’s donation helped purchase a state-of-the-art colonoscope, which aids in early detection and treatment of diseases of the colon, often allowing patients to avoid surgery. Jean Macnab, Clinical Manager, and Dr. Dilip Patel, Chief of Gastroenterology, were also in attendance.
